Police Required Permits

City Residents and Vendors can obtain permit applications by clicking on the links below.  Permits must then be mailed or dropped off at the Police Department Records Section located on the 1st floor of the Trotwood Government Center located at 3035 Olive Road Trotwood, Ohio 45426.
