Parks & Recreation

The Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for maintaining city parks and developing recreational activities and events for the City of Trotwood.

Planning & Development

The city’s Planning and Development Department is responsible for the oversight, management and operation of all the city’s planning, zoning, and economic development services.

Police

The Police Department is responsible for directing and supervising Trotwood's patrol, anti-crime, criminal investigation, K-9 unit, traffic / speed control, and drug / OVI enforcement functions.

Public Works

The city’s Public Works Department is responsible for everything from leaf collection and snow removal to maintaining all of the city’s streets and water systems and managing the city’s contracted waste collectors.
