The following is a listing of various bid postings. Click on any of the titles for the details on that particular bid.
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Trotwood at the Government Center, 3035 Olive Road, Trotwood, Ohio 45426, until 11:00 a.m. and opened immediately thereafter on Thursday, May 7, 2026 for providing refuse collection and disposal services on an exclusive contract basis to all residential properties within the City (excluding apartment complexes) for a three-year term beginning October 1, 2026, subject to an optional extension of three (3) additional years in one (1) year increments.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “REFUSE COLLECTION BID.” Bids must be accompanied by a BID GUARANTY in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit in the amount of $100,000.00.
Bids must be submitted on the bid form supplied by the City of Trotwood.
