Introduction
The City of Trotwood is seeking proposals from qualified contractors and vendors to provide demolition services for the following properties:
•420.5 W Main St
•4232 Wolf Road
•6878 Hoover Ave
•5483 W Third St.
Project Background
The City of Trotwood is working to revitalize the community and mitigate the impact of vacant and abandoned properties that have become a hazard to public health, safety, and well-being. When a landowner fails to maintain a property or structure, they may face criminal charges to enforce building, housing, health, and safety codes.
Submission Instructions
Proposals must be submitted to the City of Trotwood by August 21, 2026, by 11:59 pm. Late proposals will not be considered. Proposals should be submitted via email to [email protected] or delivered to the following physical address:
