Rental of Parks and Facilities

The Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for operating all of the city's attractive, safe, and multidimensional parks. Park amenities range from rental facilities, including the Madison Park Pavilion and numerous reservable picnic shelters, to modern playground areas, sports fields, and courts. Our city parks include the following:

To reserve a park shelter, the Pavilion at Madison Park an application and fee are required.  Once you complete the application, you can submit it to the Public Works Department with a check payable to City of Trotwood.  Public Works is located at 2400 Olive Road, Trotwood, OH  45426, and can be reached by calling 937-837-1702.

To reserve The Trotwood Community and Cultural Arts Center complete the TCCAC Rental Agreement, and submit it to communitycenter@trotwood.org with a check payable to City of Trotwood (checks can be dropped off to Public Works Department at 2400 Olive Road, Trotwood, OH 45426).
