Parks and Facilities

To reserve a Park Shelter complete the online application and pay applicable fees here,  Park Shelter Reservation

To reserve the Pavilion at Madison Park or The Trotwood Community & Cultural Arts Center, complete the Indoor Facilities Reservation. Once you complete the application, someone from the Public Works or Parks & Recreation Department will review your application and once approved a payment link will be emailed to you; your reservation is not finalized until your payment has been received. For questions regarding parks please call Public Works at 937-837-1702 or visit their office located at 2400 Olive Road, Trotwood, OH  45426. You can also call 937-854-7228 to speak with someone in the Parks & Recreation Department. 

If paying via check, make checks payable to City of Trotwood (checks can be dropped off to Public Works Department at 2400 Olive Road, Trotwood, OH 45426). To schedule a tour of the Trotwood Community & Cultural Arts Center, contact Event and Facilities Manager, Aundrea Kinnion at 937-301-4330

The Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for operating all of the city's attractive, safe, and multidimensional parks. Park amenities range from rental facilities, including the Madison Park Pavilion and numerous reservable picnic shelters, to modern playground areas, sports fields, and courts.
