The City of Trotwood Utility Department is aware that the June quarterly invoices are incorrect. There was an issue with our third-party mailing organization and we are currently in the process of resolving the issue. Once it has been resolved, the due date will be extended to 07/12/2024 and corrected bills will be redistributed. If you received an incorrect bill, please DO NOT utilize that account number to pay online or over the phone. Please contact the utility department at 937-854-7220 for your account number unless you have an old bill that displays your correct account number. We apologize for this inconvenience.
