The City of Trotwood is working to develop a modern comprehensive plan to help guide future development and investment in the city. The comprehensive plan is intended to identify the city’s long-term goals and policies for the physical development of the entire city. It will consider issues such as land use, economic development, housing, transportation, utilities, and parks, to name a few. Building on the September public meetings, the City of Trotwood is seeking additional input from the public to help guide the development of a comprehensive plan.
