Agreement* I agree to the terms below.The undersigned understands that he/she is responsible for the clean up of assigned area. The hours of operation of the City of Trotwood Community Market will be every Wednesday, from July 6, 2022 through September 28, 2022, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and will be held at 5200 Salem Avenue. The undersigned also understands that set up is from 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM. Vendors will not be permitted to set up after (3:00 PM) - and tear down will not start before 7:00 pm and must be completed by 8:00 pm. Any vendors tearing down before 7:00 pm, without prior knowledge of the Community Market Administration, will forfeit any monies paid and will not be able to set up for the remainder of the season. The undersigned will occupy the space which has been assigned by the City. If a vendor does not attend for 2 consecutive weeks, and does not inform Community Market Administration, the space may be occupied by an alternate vendor for the remainder of the season. This registration form will need to be completed and turned in with the $50 for non-food vendor or $35 food vendor fee for the entire season or the $25 non-food vendor or $15 food vendor fee for the pop-up option prior to participation in the City of Trotwood Community Market. All vendors will need to have the appropriate and valid Vendors License and Food Permit. A vendors license and food permit must be present at the Community Market location for inspection any time the vendor is set up to sell items. Please note that as a non-food vendor, you are subject to tax. The City of Trotwood will not be responsible in covering any sales tax of vendors. The undersigned is permitted to supply their own pop-up canopy for their assigned space. Tents should be no larger than the 10’x 10’ space given to each vendor. Tents must be free from holes, offensive or obscene language, and must be able to be secured to prevent safety hazards. Tents will be available for a $25 weekly rental fee from the Parks and Recreation Department.
