The Trotwood City Council has scheduled a Special Meeting on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to hold a Public Hearing and consider legislation regarding a Final Planned Unit Development for Phase Two of the Gated Properties Industrial Park consisting of one 234,840 square foot building on approximately 31 acres of land known as 6214 Wolf Creek Pike, Parcel No. H33 00417 0077.

Following the Public Hearing, an Executive Session will be held in accordance with Section 121.22(G)(3) of the Ohio Revised Code, which allows for discussion with an attorney for the public body concerning pending or imminent court action.

Citizens wanting to speak at the Public Hearing should appear at the Trotwood Community and Cultural Arts Center at 6:15 p.m. in order to register prior to the start of the meeting.
