The Trotwood City Council has scheduled a Special Meeting on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider legislation directing the Montgomery County Board of Elections to submit to the voters, the question of an additional temporary income tax of one-half of one percent (0.5%) for the purpose of roadway improvements; consider a CRA Tax Abatement Application submitted by Graywolf Golf Club; and to vote on a Motion to schedule a Public Hearing and draft legislation approving a Preliminary Planned Unit Development application on approximately 19.2 acres of land, Parcel ID Nos. H33 00214 0001 and H33 00214 0002. The meeting will be broadcast live.
