The HomeOwnership Center is a local non profit partnering with Miami Valley Community Action Partnership. Assistance grant funding is available to eligible homeowners in Montgomery, Green, Warren, Preble and Drake Counties to Pay:

• Mortgages in default or on a forbearance plan
• Past due property taxes
• Past due utility bills
