Dear Neighbor:

Barton Malow is starting the sitework phase of the new Miami Valley Behavioral Healthcare hospital, 1001 Shiloh Springs Road, starting October 2026.

What you may notice
• Excavators, dozers, haul trucks, and other heavy equipment moving on and around the site
• More truck and worker traffic on Shiloh Springs Road and Basore Road, especially in the morning
and late afternoon
• Some noise and dust during earthwork. We will control dust with water and keep the site
entrances clean.

What we are doing to limit the impact
• Safety is our first priority. Please keep children and pets clear of the construction area and fence
line.
• Work hours start 7A Monday through Friday.
• Trucks will use designated routes and site gates only. Flaggers or signage will help guide
deliveries and traffic as necessary.
• We will keep driveways and public roads open and accessible. If any temporary lane restriction or
utility interruption becomes necessary, we will notify you in advance.
