catapultCommunity News, Tornado info

Due to widespread tornado damage in areas of Montgomery County Public Health will be offering free Birth Certificates, Cribs and Hep A vaccinations for those affected by the tornadoes on Tuesday, June 4 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at St. Margaret’s Church and Wednesday, June 5 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Harrison Township Community Center.

In addition, Public Health will have information available about how to get a replacement Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security card.
