The Montgomery County Auditor’s Office will begin conducting property visits throughout our community as part of their new construction and permit review project. All county appraisers will have county-issued identification and will identify themselves and their purpose for conducting a property visit to any property owner. Should there be any concern with the nature of a property visit, it is your right to first request identification from the individual, then, ask any questions you may have pertaining to the nature of their property visit.
