The Trotwood Planning Commission will meet at 6:00 p.m. at the Trotwood Community and Cultural Arts Center on September 30th, 2025.

The City of Trotwood Planning Commission will hold a special meeting tomorrow to meet with Compass Point Planning, the consultant working with the city to update the Trotwood Zoning Code. The purpose of the meeting is to outline the forthcoming process to update the Trotwood Planning and Zoning Code and to see input from Planning Commission regarding what it sees as issues and opportunities related to the existing zoning and to have some preliminary policy discussions about the types of housing and development character to consider when updating the regulations. The meeting will be held at 4000 Lake Center Drive in Trotwood, Ohio.
