PLANNING COMMISSION—NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MEETING CHAMBER (4000 LAKE CENTER DRIVE, TROTWOOD, OH 45426)
Notice is hereby given that the Trotwood Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 pm on February 24, 2026, to review the following:
PL-2026-02 (Elgin Roof Road): The applicant is proposing to rezone a 9.5622-acre property along Elgin Roof Road (previously Shiloh View Elementary School) from RSF-M (Residential Single-Family Medium Density) to R-TF (Residential Two-Family). The applicant has indicated the purpose of the rezoning is to create additional duplexes. The property is located at H33 02101 0074 along Elgin Roof Road in the City of Trotwood.
PL-2026-01 (5790 Denlinger Road): The applicant is proposing a lot split for the property at 5790 Denlinger Road. The proposed lot split will divide the existing parcel into two separate lots. The stated purpose of the request is to place the multi-family development, Pleasantwood Apartments, on its own parcel, separate from the existing Arcadia assisted care facility. The property is located at 5790 Denlinger Road in the City of Trotwood.
PL-2026-03 (6000 Wolf Creek Pike): The applicant is proposing to rezone a 1.056-acre property located at 6000 Wolf Creek Pike from B-P (Business Park) to G-B (General Business). The applicant has indicated the purpose of the rezoning is to prepare the site for future commercial use. The property is located at 6000 Wolf Creek Pike in the City of Trotwood.
