Notice is hereby given that the Trotwood Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 pm on July 22, 2025 to review the following:

PL-2025-14 (Salem Avenue CDL Training Project) – An application for a rezoning request to change the zoning on a property from N-B (Neighborhood Business) to L-I-2 (Light Industrial 2). The applicant has indicated the purpose of the rezoning is to allow a CDL Truck Training Facility.  The property is located at 3976 Salem Avenue in the City of Trotwood.
