Fraud Alert Notification Program (FAN)

Montgomery County Recorder Brandon McClain introduces a FREE program to help combat real estate property fraud.  Title fraud is a complex scheme that can cause a homeowner to be in foreclosure without warning. Homeowners or investors of a property must register in order to be notified. Registration is quick and free. Simply go on-line at www.mcrecorder.org or visit Montgomery County Recorder’s Office between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm weekdays on the 5th floor of the County Administration Building, 451 West Third St., Dayton, Ohio 45422.
