The summer is a time for fun and family, but also unfortunately a time when predators enter communities to take advantage of the unsuspecting. Please stay alert and report unsolicited contractors who are looking for work. Be sure to obtain from them the proper permit they should have already received from the City of Trotwood before you entertain signing and/or agreeing to any contract. By no means should you pay in advance for any services.
