CITY OF TROTWOOD INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT

[TROTWOOD, Ohio] The City of Trotwood Income Tax Department will be providing window drop off service starting Monday, July 6, 2020, to Wednesday, July 15, 2020. The extended hours starting July 6, 2020, to July 15, 2020, are listed below.

Monday, July 6, 2020 – Friday, July 10, 2020—————- Office window hours are 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday, July 11, 2020 ———————————————Office window hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Monday, July 13, 2020 – Wednesday, July 15, 2020——–Office window hours are 7:30 am – 6:00 pm

The City of Trotwood Income Tax office will have multiple windows for drop off. Unfortunately, under the Covid-19 circumstances, Income Tax office will not be able to provide service in the lobby and prepare the return on that day. The income Tax office will take the information and prepare the income tax return and provide a follow-up date as to when you may pick up your information or a follow-up letter will be provided with any additional information required to complete the return and any balance due that may need to be paid.

If returns are completed, we are asking that they be dropped in the window drop-box, and your payment with a check or money order will be your receipt.

Income tax payments can also be paid on the City’s website at www.trotwood.org by clicking on the tax tool.

Our staff will be manning the windows and calls may not get returned until later. The filing date has not been extended past the July 15 deadline.
