NEW HOME DEVELOPMENT

Trotwood, Ohio [08/14/2020] – In coordination with the City of Trotwood and the Trotwood
Community Improvement Corporation, I-3 Homes will break ground on Monday, August 17, 2020 at
3:30 p.m. on the first wave of new homes of their planned new development in the Sycamore Woods
neighborhood. This new development will bring housing opportunities to Trotwood residents,
featuring energy efficient and tornado resistant properties located in the scenic Sycamore Woods
neighborhood. More details about these houses will be released in the coming months.

Mayor Mary McDonald. “This is another step forward in providing new housing opportunities for
Trotwood residents and to grow our community. We look forward to these new homes, as well as
future developments with I-3 Homes in the Sycamore Woods Neighborhood.”

development from I-3 Homes,” said Deputy City Manager Stephanie Kellum. “These new homes will
feature building standards that provide safety to owners in the case of natural disasters, like
tornados, so residents can have the peace of mind that their home will withstand any future disaster.
Additionally, this will add to the strong increase in home values in the City of Trotwood, as recently
evidenced by the Montgomery County Auditor’s revaluation, in which Trotwood saw an average of
6.8% increase in home values.”
