The City of Trotwood Board of Zoning Appeals has a vacant seat and is seeking volunteers to serve for a five (5) year term. The Board is mandated by the Trotwood City Charter to conduct business on topics such as granting exceptions to, and variations in, the application of the zoning ordinances and to hear and determine appeals. The Board meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m., as needed.
