Notice is hereby given that the Trotwood Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 5:30 pm on May 23, 2024 to review the following.
  • ZV-2024-007: A request by Danny Carpenter for a development standards variance from Trotwood Codified Ordinance Chapter 1171.05(b) to allow a lot used for a single-family home to be 5.01 acres, 14.99 acres less than the 20 acres required. The property is located at 9027 Old Dayton Road in the City of Trotwood. The meeting will be held on Thursday May 23rd at 5:30pm at 4000 Lake Center Drive Dayton, OH 45426.
  • ZV-2024-008: A request by Bonnie Kitchens for a development standards variance from Trotwood Codified Ordinance Chapter 1171.05(b) to allow a lot used for a single-family home to be 3.01 acres, 16.99 acres less than the 20 acres required. The property is located at 2770 North Snyder Road in the City of Trotwood. The meeting will be held on Thursday May 23rd at 5:30pm at 4000 Lake Center Drive Dayton, OH 45426.
  • ZV-2024-009: A request by Bonnie Kitchens for a development standards variance from Trotwood Codified Ordinance Chapter 1171.06(b) to allow a lot used for a single-family home to have 505 feet of lot frontage, 95 feet less than the 600 feet required. The property is located at 2770 North Snyder Road in the City of Trotwood. The meeting will be held on Thursday May 23rd at 5:30pm at 4000 Lake Center Drive Dayton, OH 45426.
  • ZV-2024-010: A request by Larry White for a development standards variance from Trotwood Codified Ordinance Chapter 1171.05(b) to allow a lot used for a single-family home to be 3.07 acres, 16.93 acres less than the 20 acres required. The property is located at 981 North Snyder Road in the City of Trotwood. The meeting will be held on Thursday May 23rd at 5:30pm at 4000 Lake Center Drive Dayton, OH 45426.
  • ZV-2024-011: A request by Larry White for a development standards variance from Trotwood Codified Ordinance Chapter 1171.05(b) to allow a lot used for a single-family home to be 7.51 acres, 12.49 acres less than the 20 acres required. The property is located at 981 North Snyder Road in the City of Trotwood. The meeting will be held on Thursday May 23rd at 5:30pm at 4000 Lake Center Drive Dayton, OH 45426.
