The City of Trotwood is continuing the process to update its planning and zoning code, which is the ordinance that regulates how you can use land, setbacks for building, buffers between land uses, and other physical design elements of new development. On October 14th, the City will facilitate an initial public meeting to present the change incorporated in the draft code based on the Code Audit Report. This meeting will also allow for time to engage the general public in discussions about those changes to help finalize a draft before proceeding to adoption.
