Bring your lunch any Monday in April and Join Public Health’s Local Office on Minority Health for a Lunch & Learn Health Education Series: Think Tank: Cost of Poverty Experience (COPE). COPE is a tool that will help you and your team:

  • Deepen their understand of the social factors that impact health and healthcare delivery for those living in poverty.
  • Improve their inner professional approaches and connections within your delivery system.
  • Develop practices and approaches that will help bridge the health equity gap.
  • Build partnerships with the broader community to improve health outcomes for low-income families.
