BZA Case CU-2023-6: Conditional Use Application per TCO 1133.01(e) to establish a Youth Group Home at 3641 Brumbaugh Blvd, Trotwood, OH Parcel H333 01009 0137 in a Residential Single Family High Density (RSF-H) District, Marquita Lynch, Owner and Applicant.
