Kelley, Jr. as the two At-large Ward City Council representatives for their second four (4) year term for the City of Trotwood. The Certificate of Election results are official as declared by the Trotwood citizens on file with the Director of the Montgomery County Board of Elections, held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Please join us on Monday, January 6, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. as they take their Oath of Office at the Trotwood Community Cultural Arts Center in the Council Chambers, 4000 Lake Center Drive, Trotwood, Ohio.
