The Trotwood City Council has scheduled a Special Meeting for Monday, September 21, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a quasi-judicial hearing regarding the appeal of a decision by the Property Maintenance Appeals Board; consider and act upon three sperate resolutions concerning the maintenance, repair, and responsibility of specific culverts; and receive an informational presentation regarding marijuana and discuss possible regulations.
