This past Saturday, Rebuilding Together Dayton brought together an incredible group of volunteers for the 31st Annual National Rebuilding Day — and by every measure, it was a success.
Volunteers rolled up their sleeves to complete critical home repairs and improvements for local seniors, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent in the homes they love. This is community care in action — neighbor helping neighbor, and investing in the long-term stability of our neighborhoods.
A huge highlight? The University of Dayton Football Team showed up and showed OUT. Their energy, enthusiasm, and extra hands made a real difference on-site — and we are so grateful for their commitment to serving the Dayton community beyond the field.

The day even caught the attention of regional media, with coverage from WHIO, WDTN, and Dayton 24/7 Now (WKEF) — shining a well-deserved spotlight on the meaningful work happening right here in our community.
Thank you to every volunteer, partner, and supporter who made this day possible. This is what partnership in action looks like.
