Notice is hereby given that the Trotwood Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 5:30 pm on March 27th, 2025 to review the following:

ZV-2025-04 (Connor Gottstein): A development standards variance from Trotwood Codified Ordinance Chapter 1189.18(b)(3) to allow an addition to a single-family home that does not meet the requirement of 50% brick, stone, or other natural material. The property is located at 8910 Old Dayton Road in the City of Trotwood.

ZV-2025-05 (Mark Anthony): A development standards variance from Trotwood Codified Ordinance Chapter 1189.01(h) to allow the construction of an accessory structure. If built, all accessory structures on the property will be larger than 50% of the footprint of the primary structure. The property is located at 5564 Westbrook Road in the City of Trotwood.

ZV-2025-06 (Joyce Maness): A development standards variance from Trotwood Codified Ordinance Chapter 1143.08(a) to allow a side setback of 7 feet, 3 feet less than is required. The property is located at 412 W Sherry Drive in the City of Trotwood.
