Notice is hereby given that the Trotwood Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a special meeting at 5:30 pm on March 4th, 2025 for the following:
ZV-2025-03 (Gough Brothers LLC): A development standards variance from Trotwood Codified Ordinance Section 1171.05 to allow an agricultural property that is used for farmland to be 4.6 acres instead of the required 5 acres. The property is located at 2375 Olive Road in the City of Trotwood.
