Due to a new system conversion, the City of Trotwood mailed the utility bills on Monday, September 11, 2023. The new Utility Online portal is now available and can be accessed in the same manner as the original portal via www.trotwood.org. To pay your utilities over the phone, contact 877-374-3985. There is now a convenience charge for online, over-the-phone, and in-person credit/debit card payments.
