DESCRIPTION:10:00am – 11:15am\nAGE: 55 and up | FREE\n\nJoin with a small group experiencing a Mindfulness Walk together. After an introduction, our group will try some of the Mindfulness activities and move at a slow to moderate rate along our hiking and paved trails requiring some walking up and down hills.\nFace coverings are no longer required at our facilities and programs for employees and visitors who are fully vaccinated. If you are not fully vaccinated, we request that you wear a face covering/mask when social distancing is not possible.
