COUNCIL MEETING AGENDAS


Trotwood City Council Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month (unless those days fall on a holiday), generally beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Trotwood Community Center, 4000 Lake Center Drive. City Council Workshops are usually held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in that same location.

Motion to adjourn into Executive Session in accordance with the Trotwood City Charter, Section 3.8 Meetings.  Exceptions 1 (a) Personnel related item. 
Motion to adjourn the Executive Session and return to the regular agenda.

Oath of Office to be given to Trotwood Fire Department’s Newly Promoted Battalion Chief Steve Milliken by Mayor Joyce Sutton Cameron.

Motion of the Trotwood City Council to amend TCO Section 921.20, Collection Procedure; Delinquent Charges, and to request the Law Director Draft legislation.

RESOLUTION 10-73: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ASSESSEMENT OF DELINQUENT CHARGES FOR THE CUTTING AND REMOVAL OF WEEDS, VEGETATION AND/OR GRASS TO BE PLACED ON THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY PROPERTY TAX DUPLICATE

RESOLUTION 10-74: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ASSESSEMENT OF DELINQUENT CHARGES FOR NUISANCE ABATEMENT OF PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF TROTWOOD TO BE PLACED ON THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY PROPERTY TAX DUPLICATE.

RESOLUTION 10-75:  A RESOLUTION BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TROTWOOD, OHIO, TO CERTIFY DELINQUENT WATER, SEWER, TRASH, AND STORM DRAINAGE BILLS TO THE AUDITOR OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY, STATE OF OHIO, FOR PLACEMENT ON THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY TAX DUPLICATE.

Public Hearings
ORDINANCE 9-10:  AN ORDINANCE EXPRESSING THE CITY’S INTENT TO NEGOTIATE JOINTLY WITH OTHER CITIES IN THE REGION ON ONE PRICE SCHEDULE UNDER WHICH ELECTRIC LIGHT SERVICES SHALL BE FURNISHED TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF STREET LIGHTING.

ORDINANCE 10-10:  AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TROTWOOD CODE OF ORDINANCES, AREA WIDE ZONING MAP, 13.369 ACRE PARCEL COMPRISING BROADMOOR SHOPPING CENTER (PARCEL I.D. H333-00214-0005) FROM THE “PUD” PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT TO THE “G-B” GENERAL BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT.

ORDINANCE 11-10:  AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TROTWOOD CODE OF ORDINANCES, AREA WIDE ZONING MAP, 19.2 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF E. MAIN STREET, WEST OF OLIVE ROAD (PARCEL I.D. #H333-00214-0001 AND H333-00214-0002) FROM THE “PUD” PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT TO THE “G-B” GENERAL BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT.
