Councilmember James D. Williams II was elected to Trotwood City Council representing Ward 4 in November 2016. He is committed to helping Trotwood continue the growth it is seeing.

Professional Experience
Council member Williams served in the US Army. He has held many jobs in many different fields of work.

Memberships
Mr. Williams is a member of his neighborhood watch. He is also a member at The Point Church. He is currently an officer of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4270 in Trotwood. Councilmember Williams has previously served on the Board of Zoning Appeals as well as the City Charter Review Committee.

Background
Mr. Williams has lived in Trotwood for 56 years. He is married to Darla. He has three children and eight grandchildren. Mr. Williams graduated from Trotwood-Madison City Schools.
